Our Technicians will field the error and reach out to the facility to let them know one of their members has detected an error.

Club Inventory

For our Preventative Maintenance clients we input all of the equipment in their facility into the app!
Each piece of equipment will show when the last maintenance occurred, any notes of wear and tear items, and all repairs that have happened on the selected unit!

How long does it take to get approved? Does it cost money to download the app?

No. Downloading the app is completely free.

Does it cost money to submit request via mobile app?

We only collect payment once issue has been properly diagnosed and the unit is working!  $50 a month gets Unlimited Diagnoses! 

What tools are required for the REMOTE DIY assistance!

For the most part allen wrenches, phillips, and flat head screwdrivers will do the trick. If specialty tools are required our technicians will provide a tool list

What happens if Fixed Fitness cannot resolve issue remotely?

Then FF applies remote service fee to on-site fee. No loss to the customer!

Is it a contract?


The average cost for ONE service call is $150 national!

With Fixed Fitness $150 gives you 3 months of unlimited diagnostics!!!! 

Does DIY void my warranty?


The Average gym owner calls a service company 7.5x per year!

This will cost a gym owner over $1,200 in just service calls in 1 year . Not inculding additional labor, travel, parts etc. At minimum, Fixed Fitness will cut this cost in half!

Absolutely, we have partnerships with all of the major manufacturers which allow us to offer discounted prices to our members
